Longing for a fresh start?
God has been working in my heart like never before. It all began in January during 21 days of prayer, and all I can say is WOW! God restored the JOY of my salvation! I wish I could have coffee with you and share the whole story so you could feel the joy just overflowing.
I began praying these verses over my life...
Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my concerns. See if there is any offensive way in me; lead me in the way everlasting. Psalm 139:23
Wash me clean of my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin. Psalm 51:2
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. Psalm 51:10
Restore to me the joy of your salvation... Psalm 51:12
Then God did a heart transplant! Just like Ezekiel 36 says...
And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to obey my rules. You shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers, and you shall be my people, and I will be your God.
